St Patrick's Day
How did you spend your St Patrick's Day?
We opted out on going to the big parade in Dallas, and on a whim decided to go to a flea market instead. We did see a lot of "Irish" fare on the folks walking around, so it was almost like a parade.
We also saw some pretty things that inspired us!
I thought I'd share a few of them with you, along with our stash.
We actually spent a little bit of the Green today.
I fell in love with this whole display ...
love, love, love!
Then there's "Door Knob Bob" one of our favorite vendors.
In fact, "Door Knob Bob" had these old license plates that Buzz is going to use to decorate his "Man Shed"
(I encouraged him)
Buzz's other BIG purchase was a small
(notice, Buzz isn't wearing Green... He got a pinch!)
My stash included
a dozen embroidery squares,
a couple of old letters
and six pewter style chargers.
(Buzz encouraged me)
I hope you've had a day filled with
Now it's time to start planning for
Spring and another special day!
Some clever person was selling these today...
we were able to resist (for now anyway)

I love that display of the tub, flowers and pots. What a beautiful vignette. Just bought some embroidery squares and was going to make a pillow cover out of them. Glad you enjoyed your St. Pat's day. Thanks for sharing your creative inspiration at Sunday's Best.ReplyDelete
