Spooky Stuff ...

I can't believe October is almost gone ...
Where did it go?

Since I normally don't decorate for Halloween...
this vignette was a little tricky for me.
I did a quick scavenger hunt around the house, and
this is what I came up with.
Welcome!  The Witch is in ...  Can you see her ghost?
CAUTION!  Skeleton Crossing...
(My brothers will be so proud of me...since they know how much I dislike spooky stuff)
Don't Be A Scardy Cat...
Come In For A Bite!
We'll have a Spooktakular good time!

It was fun putting this vignette together
and we might just keep it up for a while...
then again... Maybe Not ":o)

I'm going to party with:

  4. You did a great job Geneva. I think there's a little spooky in you somewhere. :-) LOVE the witch ghost and, as you saw at my blog, the crows.

  5. Me too! I much prefer the Halloween decor that is less spooky... like lots of pumpkins and cornstalks! More warmth and less spook! Yours is classy! andrea@townandprairie

  6. I've been more into the "creepy" decor this year. My oldest son is at a perfect age where he doesn't get spooked easily...It's fun to decorate with the spookier decor!

  11. Geneva,
You did a good job with this. I like the subtle suggestion of creepy instead of the outright obvious. The raven looks as if he just plucked that stuff off of something...or someone...yuck! The witch's shadow is effective too. Good job! I love it. Thank you for linking it up with Home Sweet Home!
