Apple Cake

Buzz and I couldn't wait to get to the market yesterday ...
We had Apples on our mind.
Today ... our house smells deliciously good!

The recipe came from a book published by
my son's school years ago...
It tends to be one of my go to books for down home cooking!

I baked mine 90 minutes
(It took a little longer because of the pan I used)

Wish I could put the fragrance into this blog for you...it's truly wonderful!

  5. You have reminded me that I need to make dessert for our dinner party tomorrow! I have a recipe for an apple cake that is so moist and delish! I make it in the Bundt pan and pray that it doesn't stick. A spring-form pan would be much easier! Visiting from Bunny's. ~ Sue
