Christmas Copy Cat

is a blog that I love to read because  I know I will be inspired by whatever she publishes ....  for instance, her post  which included this stylized Christmas Tree (below) started  wheels turning ...

I couldn't wait to try it for Myself

I wish I could climb inside her head ...

Her simple, carefree decorating style
really appeals to me.

My stylized Christmas tree is on display in our
Master Bedroom

Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy!

  18. Thank you so much for visiting! I don't think I have ever seen your blog before, but I am now following and will be a regular.

Geneva was my mother's name, and I published a book about her this year.

I like your idea with the books -- my house looks like the Library of Congress so it would be easy for me to do this.

    Thanks!

  20. Very clever - I never thought of it!

Something I did do was rearrange our living room books by color awhile back. It gave them an interesting look, but I must say it made for some strange neighbors. Homemaking books right next to a World War II survival story in the green section, for example.
