A Little Bit Rustic
Normally, Buzz and I don't decorate with these Rustic pieces of crockery ... not inside anyway. They're happy to live on our porches most of the year; however each and every Autumn they make their way inside because they know how warm and cozy they make us feel.
We Call This
These warm rustic pieces along with the artisan bread I just baked
are making our day just about as perfect as it can get.
Love your "Rustic Wonderfullness". Such a warm and inviting table. I can almost smell the bread baking. Wonderful images.ReplyDelete
I adore the Rustic look using your crocks!!! The pops of orange in the pumpkins and the bittersweet make it so warm and comforting...just like home! Thanks you for sharing.

I love crocks!! We only have one but I adore it and it is in the living room. I would love to have more but they seem to be so pricey around here :-/. HOpe you have a great day!!ReplyDelete

Your home is wonderful. I'm facing a similar decision for retirement. I've lived in mobile homes for brief periods in the past and know that many are sturdy and roomy. But not exactly what I've imagined. You have totally inspired me ! And, seeing your home and evaluating what I can and can't do myself, and what I will have to "hire" done helps me feel confident that this is doable. I applaud you making a wise decision about your finances in retirement. No sense of giving anything up - your home is personal and well loved and BEAUTIFUL. Congratulations. You guys are just the inspiration I've needed. Bless you.ReplyDelete
Thank you for your sweet comment Suzanne it was so encouraging to us. I can tell you that after almost three years in our home we're still completely content and have never once regretted our decision.Delete
Best wishes with your retirement, and I hope you'll stay in touch. We'd love to hear how things go for you.
