Calm In The Midst Of Craziness
I know it's been a while since you've heard from me ...
but a lot has been happening since my last post.
I won't go into all the craziness
but did want to tell you that
we've moved our home.
(March 17, 2015)
as many things in life are.
It was hard not to be bitter at first...
after all, we've spent the
past four years
making our home & gardens
a sanctuary ... a place of calm.
This drastic change, along with several others
had us feeling like we were in a stormy sea.
Then God Spoke!
"Fix your eyes on Me," the One who never changes.
By the time those waves reach you,
they will have shrunk to proportions of My design.
I'm always beside you,
helping you face today's waves.
The future is a phantom,
seeking to spook you.
Laugh at the future!
Stay close to Me.
Quote From the devotional
Peace Settled In.
Once again we're content to be where God wants us.
And LOOK At This!
These sweet "Honey Bees" were here to welcome
Buzz to his new garden.
Love you sweet friends!
I hope to bee seeing you more often.
(ps: A local beekeeper has kindly taken these sweet bees to a new home.)
Hi Geneva! So good to hear from you. I'm sorry about the chaos of having to move but it sounds like it all worked out in the end. Have a blessed and beautiful week!ReplyDelete
Oh- I am so sorry you have gone through so much, Geneva. How awful to be uprooted and have to move. I hope you love your new place and that it will be more permanent for you- so you can truly rest and enjoy your life. Blessings- please keep in touch if you can! xo DianaReplyDelete

It sounds like life has been full for you, but in it all God has been right there with you and it looks like a happy ending to that chapter of your life.
I pray that your new location brings much joy into your lives as you settle in.
That is a beautiful looking be hive, wow!
Enjoy your day,
I've come to view changes in life, whether pleasant or unpleasant, as Adventures! We look forward to hearing about your next Adventures, Geneva.ReplyDelete
Best wishes, Arlena W.
I completely agree with your comment! Even though things have been crazy around here, we can't help but be excited about what lies ahead. I believe we've used the term adventure more than once to describe this journey. :)Delete
Blessings sweet friend...it was good to hear from you!
It must have been difficult to change, but I bet you'll create a new haven in your new place.ReplyDelete
