Pinterest Inspiration for the Garden Path

This Spring has been Wet!

Can't remember when we've had so much rain...
not that we aren't thankful, because it's been very much needed.

when we do get some sunny days,
we hope to work on a new
Garden Path

have been Pinterest inspired!

Isn't it wonderful what you can do
with simple square pavers!

When we're all finished, it will be nice to have a place to plant our feet
and a couple of adirondack chairs.

Have a Blessed Day,

Stay Inspired along with me.

Front Porch Inspiration

Moving is a BIG adventure!

One of the benefits of our recent move is
that we're getting a
Front Porch.

It won't be as snazzy as this one,
but it will have similar bones.

What do I LOVE about this?

I love the Blue Ceiling
The Grey Decking
The White Railing
The Cozy Rug
and the
Comfortable Seating.

Feeling Inspired!
Feeling Excited!

ps:  When it's all finished ... maybe you can stop by for a glass of Sweet Tea!

Calm In The Midst Of Craziness

I know it's been a while since you've heard from me ...
but a lot has been happening since my last post.

I won't go into all the craziness
but did want to tell you that

we've moved our home.

(March 17, 2015)

Totally unexpected
as many things in life are.

It was hard not to be bitter at first...
after all, we've spent the
past four years
making our home & gardens
a sanctuary ... a place of calm.

This drastic change, along with several others
had us feeling like we were in a stormy sea.

Then God Spoke!

"Fix your eyes on Me," the One who never changes.
By the time those waves reach you,
they will have shrunk to proportions of My design.
I'm always beside you,
helping you face today's waves.
The future is a phantom,
seeking to spook you.
Laugh at the future!
Stay close to Me.

Quote From the devotional
January 15

Peace Settled In.
Once again we're content to be where God wants us.

And LOOK At This!

These sweet "Honey Bees" were here to welcome
Buzz to his new garden.

Happy, Happy!
Joy, Joy!

Love you sweet friends!

I hope to bee seeing you more often.

(ps:  A local beekeeper has kindly taken these sweet bees to a new home.)
